Yes, for your security and to protect your investment, all our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you won't be home, the courier will provide options to rearrange delivery or collect from a local point.

Please check with neighbors or your local depot first, then contact us immediately. We must be notified within 14 days of the delivery date to open a formal investigation with the courier.

If you need to change your styling choice, please email us support@kurlebygiro.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. Once our team has begun the preparation and styling process, we are unable to make further amendments to the unit.

Once your unit has been professionally styled and dispatched (within 2–10 working days), we will email you a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier’s website to follow your parcel’s journey right to your door.

Our refund policy allows for returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the unit is unworn, the lace is uncut, and it is in its original condition. Please see our refund & Exchange information Here
