Shipping policy

Every Kurlè by Giro unit is handled with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. To maintain our high standards of quality and styling:

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 2–10 working days for your order to be prepared, professionally styled, and quality-checked before dispatch.

  • Why the wait? This timeframe allows us to ensure your unit is perfect, whether we are styling an in-stock piece or preparing a fresh arrival from our premium suppliers.

We believe quality shouldn’t be rushed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your order is ready to head your way.

Delivery & Signature

For security and peace of mind, all orders are shipped using a Tracked & Signed service.

  • A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your parcel reaches you safely.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address provided.

  • If you miss the delivery, the courier will leave a card with details on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.

Delivery Timeframes

  • UK Standard (Tracked & Signed): 2–4 working days

  • UK Express (Tracked & Signed): 1–2 working days

  • International Shipping: Coming soon

Address Accuracy 

Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for parcels lost or delayed due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number serves as the official record of delivery for both the customer and our payment partners.

Missing or Delayed Deliveries

If your parcel shows as delivered but has not been received, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to open an investigation. To ensure we can meet the courier’s strict claim deadlines, we ask that you report any delivery discrepancies within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
