To begin a return or exchange, please visit our Return & Exchange page within 14 days of receiving your product and follow the instructions provided. While you have the full 14-day window to request a return, we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible so our team can assist you quickly.
Before sending your item back, we kindly ask that you provide clear photographs of the product in its original condition. This allows our Customer Care team to verify the condition of the item and process your request without delay.
Once your request and images are received, our team will review your submission and provide an update on your refund or exchange status, typically within 2–3 working days.
Step 1 – Request a Return

Step 2 – Add Photos
Take 2–3 clear photos of your item in the exact condition it’s being returned.
Step 3 – Wait for Confirmation
You’ll receive an email once your request is submitted, and another when it’s been approved or declined
Step 4 – Receive Your Return Label
If approved, you’ll get a link to your shipping label — you can print it yourself or show it at the Post Office for assistance.
Step 5 – Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be processed automatically or you may be contacted if we need further informatio for your refund to be processed.
Step 6 – Exchanges
If you’re exchanging an item, our team will help arrange the replacement and manage any price difference if needed.
- The hair shows signs of wear, brushing, or re-styling.
- The unit is incomplete or has been altered from its original state.
- The lace has been cut or trimmed.
- There is visible product build-up or any added scents (perfume, smoke, etc.).
- The wrong item is returned.
- The return request is made after the 14-day statutory period has ended.
- The courier claim form for missing parcels was not completed within the required timeframe set by the carrier.
To ensure your return is approved, please make sure your item meets the following conditions:
- Unused & Unaltered: The item must be in its original condition — free from any signs of wear, product build-up, or modifications.
- Unstyled & Product-Free: Hair extensions that have been worn, re-styled, or treated with sprays or other products cannot be accepted for return.
Providing clear, accurate photos of your item in its current state helps our team process your return quickly and smoothly — saving valuable time for both you and us.
Once we’ve received and reviewed your return request, our team will notify you of the outcome. If your request is approved, you’ll receive a link or email to generate your unique return shipping label.

If your exchange has been approved and the item you’ve chosen costs more or less than the one you’re returning and our team have not reached out yet, please contact our support service team support@kurlebygiro.co.uk to arrange payment or a refund for the difference in price.

If you’re based in the UK, we’ll cover all return shipping costs for you.
If your label hasn’t been scanned yet, you can simply generate and print it again.
