At Kurlè by Giro, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original, resaleable condition:

Unworn & Unused: The hair must not be brushed, worn, re-styled, or washed.

Lace Intact: The lace must be uncut and unaltered.

Hygiene Standards: Items must be free of added scents (perfume, smoke) or styling products.

Quality Check: Each return undergoes a thorough inspection. Items that do not meet these hygiene and quality standards will not be eligible for a refund.
How It Works

Request a Return: Visit our Return & Exchange page and fill out the form within 14 days of receiving your item.

Add Photos: Please upload 2–3 clear photos of the item to show it is in its original condition.

Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request (usually within 2–3 working days).

Receive Your Label: Once approved, UK customers will receive a free pre-paid shipping label.

Refunds: Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (including Klarna).
When We Cannot Accept a Return

The lace has been cut or altered.

The hair shows signs of wear, styling, or product build-up.
-
The item has been scented (perfume, etc.).

The return is requested after the 14-day statutory period has ended.
Return Shipping Costs

UK Customers: Returns are Free.

US & International Customers: Please contact support@kurlebygiro.co.uk. Return shipping costs and customs duties for international returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Missing or Lost Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it goes missing in transit:

Notify us immediately so we can begin a courier investigation.

Complete any claim forms sent by the courier (e.g., DPD) promptly.

Once the courier confirms the status of the claim, we will process your refund or replacement.
